Alison L. Pengelley



Alison’s practice focuses on resolving civil and family law disputes skillfully using a variety of dispute resolution tools including litigation, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Alison has a track record of successful outcomes at several levels of Ontario Courts, and is a strong advocate for her clients. Alison is a frequent speaker including with regard to the topics of property, support, and related tax matters.
